If you must cancel/reschedule an appointment, please provide 24 hours' advanced notice. Otherwise, the full rate will still apply.

 

Insurance

Many insurance providers cover Certified Canadian Counsellors and Registered Clinical Counsellors. An invoice will be provided after payment, which you can submit for reimbursement. However, please consult with your insurance provider or human resources department to confirm whether or not your benefits plan covers counselling/psychotherapy provided by a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC) registered with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association or a Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC) registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
